Posibilities for passes

Hello guys, now that FM 12 is out for some time and I've had the chance to explore it a bit, I noticed some differences between it and FM 11. I wanted to create a tactic in which my players to have numerous possibilities of passing (something like barcelona). When one of my players have the ball, I want the others to immediatly offer him some passing options. My question is: How can we achieve than ? Is "move into channels" as a wide play an option or not ? Which tactical system is best to use for this ? Thank you in advance and hope we will conclude this.

slow the game, narrow, pass to feet, set playmaker (to feet), move into the channel is good (but mostly for forwards who try to get through ball)
