Just a quick question, out of curiosity really: Is it possible to retrain a player to natural in a position? I have only managed to train one as far as accomplised but never natural. Does it have anything to do with versatility or trainers, facilities, match practice etc?

**** mate you have asnwered the question yourself, you need to play him in matches as much as you can afford on the position you've retrained him to for e.g. a DC retrained to DL should be played as much as it's possible on the DL position if you have an adequate cover for the DC position... hope that this explains everything...

Agree with shadows!
If you've got someone who's already accomplished in a position, train him to the new position and keep playing him there, he can change to Natural, had it happen to a couple of players in FM11 :)

Yeah, when I was playing as Barcelona I signed Vladimir Weiss and played him on the left wing as an inside forward, worked a charm too (bucket load of goals/assists), the only problem you have with it is that if they have a long term injury or drop out of the side it will drop back to accomplished unlike their original natural position
