Position training?

I've got a player who's preferred position is RB but i like to play more attacking so would rather he played at WBR is there anyway i can train him so he is more suited to this position?

yeah. go to his training tab, and at the top on the left it'll have which train prog he's on, just underneath that is the new position select, jsut drop down and select wbr. ^_^

Click on player- training tab - new position - right wing back

Then he will slowly get better at playing in that position

if you have a player that knows CM position but not ACM and I teach him ACM, will he forget CM position?

No they never do forget their natural positions defined at the start of their careers, you can train an MC (for eaxample) into an AMC until he becomes a natural AMC, takes a while mind. If you take him off the AMC position training he will deteriorate from natural to accomplished and so on...
