Possession Tactic for Lower-Mid Premier League Teams?

I need help developing a possession tactic for lower table Premier League teams such as Wolves, West Brom, Sunderland, etc...

With passing/creativity/dribbling attributes being a bit lower than desired, what is a good combo of tempo/width/etc..

What midfield combo positions is best for these teams? I'm looking for a tidy midfield that uses triangles, aka Arsenal. More worried about defense then attacking. Looking for >57% possession consistently.

If you want possession. Look at those Barcelona thread. They offer lots of Possesion but no CCC.
Possession= Opponent hardly attacks. But i dont like those tactics tbh
