Possession?

Am playing a 2-3-2-3 formation

2 Ball playing defenders
2 Wing Backs
1 Anchor Man
2 Ball winning midfielders
2 Inside Forwards
1 poacher

Am averaging 60% possession a game but not penetrating as I plan , what positions should I be giving the entitlement to of direct passing to?

im using the same formation for my newcastle side and im top of the league 8 points ahead of man city the trick is is have 1 of your BWM as a playmaker and set his passing to mix every1 else to short, but if your wanting more goals set your IF passing to direct not every game youll have a high possession but theres plenty of shots on target oh i almost forgot check your players for long shots putting them on rarely could boost possession, let me know if this works for you mate.
