Possible bug in FM2010?

Okay so I got FM2010 yesterday after playing FM2009 for the longest time... And it automatically begins to run the Wizard on a SMALL DB. I cancelled the Wizard and changed it to LARGE DB and started running the wizard again; but it continuously shows up through the wizard installation as SMALL. Is this a bug, or something I'm doing wrong??

dont run the wizard. start your game using the classic method, you can also add extra players from nations of your choice by choosing custom DB
