Possible replacements for old Stars.

Ok my issue is that i have Van Persie (31), Jagielka (32) and Sagna (32) getting old now. I want to sell these guys so they can still play first team football and i am not sure what to ask for them, Van Persie is still a prolific scorer but i think i can get someone younger and cheaper to maintain. any thoughts. I want to try to break even on the transfer sale/buy. Van Persie Is Valued at £7,500,000 in my game, and end of season is almost here. He takes £97K p/w. What I'm looking for is someone to cost around the same as i can get for Van Persie and cost a lot less in wages.

Without going on to much i have bought Prestia to train up but i need a quick fix for Jagielka

I do not have a back up to Sagna and Romario so who is a good cheep right back that is not going to command stupid wages ?

With regards to a right back I have found 2 dependable young players who can be world class in 3 - 4 years and certainly do a job in the first team. The first is Corchia, a french right back who plays for either lens or sochaux I think and the 2nd is Serge Airier who is Ivorian/French and I think he plays for Lens. Corchia I usually pay around 5 million over 2 seasons and Aurier around 3-3.5 mil over 2 seasons. Aurier I put on 4.4k basic matched in both bonus with 160k T.O.T.Y 16k after 30 apps and +1 extension after 5 apps. Corchia 16k + 4.4 bonus, 160k TOTY and 5 app extension. This way in 2 years you will have a CL winning double act on the right hand side for 64K a week, Corchia is also and adequate left back.
A quick replacement for Jagielka could be Naldo or Serdar Tasci or Benedikt Howedes, All quality variations on a center back depending on your style. Cheap wages also.
As for a striker, it's hard to look further than Salomon Rondon or Lucas Barrios as strong leaders of a front line. Both have great power and can either lead or support from up top. However they wont be cheap and will cost around 60-75k in wages. Getting a striker who will match Van Persie for performance at 7.5 mil and <97k wages is going to be tricky unless someones on the transfer list. Maybe Cardozo from Benfica?
