Possible to change order of blog posts?

I want my first blog post to be at the very top and as i continue them i want them to add to the bottom any ideas how to do this?

But they are in order.

Would you prefer people reading your blog to have to go onto it and then browse to the last page every time they want to read the latest entry? Or just go on and read the latest entry because it's right there at the top.
