Posting to Facebook - WHERE?

Hello Guys,

I've read countless threads on this but I cannot find a definitive answer:

Where can I actually post to Facebook??

I've logged in, it's all ready to go, but I've NEVER seen a Facebook icon to click on.
Am I just blind? Please help!!

On what screen? I don't see it on any screen. Is it possible for somebody to attach a screenshot because I seriously don't have it on my screen.
