Potential Stars shortlist, Patch 10.3.0

I just realised that there are no shortlists for the new patch. I dont know if any young players have been increased much, but these are the best ones on my game. There is around 250 on the list, with talents from England, France, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Argentina, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Greece, Turkey and Mexico, as well as others. They are all 21 or under, and all have a PA of 160 or above in my game, which means at least they could become good Premier League Players. Take a look, and see if you find any new ones.
