Need a strong ballwinner for Stoke. 15M to spend. Cant afford Kessie but someone like him that also can get a work permit straight away. Any suggestions?

I had a save with stoke as im from Stoke on Trent at the start of FM 17 and i brought in Capoue from watford in replace for whelan and he was brilliant for me and he cheap what season you in
