Praising Players

I usually praise my players if their rating is 7 or above, after a while my players became complacent, overconfident and they dont seem to listen when i say 'well done' or 'pleased'. So when should i praise my players? any help would b great!

I only single out players with praise if they get a rating higher than 8.0, and I only tell them that I'm disappointed with them or angry with them if it's lower than 5.0, other than than that, don't single out players with praise

I only praise my players if they have a high rating of about 8 or more or if they score a hatrick or more, i dont think ive ever told a player im upset or angry with them

Fair enough. But If a players morale is okay or below that would you praise him if he's rating woz above 6.0?

Personally i would just say something like good try or well done.

I praise on ratings 7.5-8.2 well done and 8.3+ delighted. If player has low morale i will praise well done on 7+.

Will say disapointed if under 5 rating or gets sent off which costs me points or knocked out of a cup....
