Pre-Contract Transfers

I've just finished my first season with Rosenberg at the beginning of the game and it's still in December 2011. I know I can offer contracts to Junior Hoilet and Adler who's contracts all expire in June 2012. However, these players wont come to my club. My question is this, what other players become available to sign in January on a pre contract that will require about 7k wages or less and will come to my club? These players will also need to be able to allow me to continue a goo league run as well as a good run in the Champions League.
