Pre game editor

As my editor has messed up and whilst i'm trying to fix the problem, I was wondering if theres a pre game editor for fm 09 knockin around anywhere?
 
Yea i've had a quick butchers around but no luck so seeing if anyone knows about one. It's a long shot but maybe someone could do me a massive favour and put the original editor up on an upload site like megaupload etc and I could see if it would work from there?
 
I'm going to swap the English league with the Scottish League and play the Scottish League (with english teams in it). For no other reason than it's just a change really. Once it's done then i'll upload the download to the site for people to give it a go if they want
