pre-ordered games!

Just wondering if anyone that ordered their game from HMV have got it yet....what kills is that i actually thought i was saving money when i ordered it then went to the shops y'day...and it was the same price haha...now i aint got a clue where it is and their customer service and even open today...gutted!

P.S: i do know its got something to do with the postal strikes by the way.(H)
