This is just a little check-list type guide which I developed to make sure you get the essentials sorted in pre - season before it's too late. 
Set up manager profile + Choose a league + team *
Attend Board Meeting *
Decide on Transfer Budget *
Arrange a team meeting to introduce yourself *
Arrange friendlies *
Set Team Training for Pre-Season*
Assess the First Team Squad and Staff + Decide on areas in need of improvement *
Decide what tactic you are going to play + develop Primary Tactic and Secondary Tactic *
Develop a shortlist of players *
Bid for players + staff needed and get rid of those unwanted
Set Individual Training for all players *
Develop set pieces and decide on Captain(when transfers are complete) *
