pre-season game problem

i have started a save as arsenal and they are going on a pre-season tour of the USA i dont want to go as they have a game every two day and i'v got 5 of them my players will be shaged i like to arange my own frendlys i have stared 3 more times and they still go on a tour of america does anyone now how to canncell it because the cancell frendley option is not lit up ???

Is your assistant set to arrange friendlies? And anyway, you should get a fair bit of money from merchandise and you can set who goes... so just set reserve players? Or better still, if you manually control the friendlies, just set different line-ups every other match?
