Preferred Moves greyed out

Hi everybody!

First post on this forum. Have been browsing it a few times.
Today I looked everywhere for the answer of the following question, but couldn't find it.

I want to set preferred moves for my players, but in the conversation window, al the options are greyed out.
Can anyone help me out?

Thanks. I guess I wasn't paying any attention. Tried three players, one who was being tutored and two were already training a certain thing. Thanks !
