The Premier League defends its "fit and proper person" test after criticism from Stoke manager Tony Pulis in the wake of the financial crisis at Portsmouth.

I agree Max, its a joke whats happened with Pompey. How have all the owners past that test then left so quickly, surely it shouldn't be that fool proof and easy to pass, to leave clubs in such a state

Why cant the fa and the premier league admit when they have done something wrong, when a club, player or manager does or says something out of line they get punished and have to apologise. Its an absolute joke how can someone with no money pass the fit and proper test?????? And they make this mistake more then once new laws need to be put in place to make this a more fair and successfull game without a dout.
