Premier League first season - Swansea City - Central Midfield

Hey guys... I want good central midfielders... Which would you reccommend?
I tried to get sigursson but he didn't want to join my club... I have a budget of 7.5M and I am a bit tight on the wages... max I can give is about 30K per week...

Clement grenier,lucas anderson,kondogbia,enzo reale all young and turn out quality should get any of these for swansea for about 15k a week
