What can I do?

In games which you know are gonna be tough (e.g away matches or games against the top 4 side), always play 4-5-1. Only play 4-4-2 when you know you stand a chance of winning.

Championship side is your problem. What transfer budget did the board give you out of interest?

But the others are right your always gunna struggle with a 442 with those players in PL.

You def need to be using a DM and be playing on the quick counter.
