Dont know about best in the league but Costin Lazar isdoing brilliantly for me with bolon only 925k and kevin Davies is fantastic available for only 3 million also so is arouca for around 8 million

Valcac Kadlec needs to have a season out of the prem for experience, and be in a good team the season after, he is a dreadful finisher, he misses 8/10 chances. I got Pak Ji-Sung for £4 million in the first window, great player
