Premiership 2009/10 Kit Pack W.I.P

Hi, im working on a kit pack featuring next seasons kits. But i need a one thing.

1. How to ****** do it, i was editing the current kit pack but i seem to be a noob and wanna know how i know wat part of the picture is which.

Please help and i will try and add the folder on site tonight.

P.S if you can explain how to make a whole new file than that would be great. And please make it noob useful for my benefits
