Premiership Tactics!

Promoted from the Championship to the Prem with Southampton, played about 9/10 games, I'm abouth 9th I think, Any good tactics to grab a draw or even a win against the likes of Man Utd/City, helsea etc.

RB: Eardley
CB: Heitinga
CB: Jose Fonte
LB: Fox
RM: Lallana
CM: Cork
CM: Jenas
LM: Snodgrass
ST: Van Nistelrooy
ST: Lambert/Delfouneso

How do you play now ? My best advice would be not to step away too far from your current approach but instead make some change in strategy and perhaps use some cautious shouts( retain possesion, pass to feet) and when you see them attacking you with their fullbacks, hit direct balls into Channels ( play through middle, pass into space )
