Well, I am starting a Preston story after the sacking of Macau manager in my last story. I have already done pre season, and plan to do monthly update each night. so here are my signings and pre season games. i hope you follow with me as I try to make Preston a top team.

Transfers
Simeon Jackson - £500K - Gillingham
***** Topp - free
Rachid Hamdani - £425K - Clermont Foot 63
Overall, I am very happy with my 3 signings before the season. I don't think much about the squad needs changing, but ***** Topp provides extra cover for our flailing attack, with Simeon Jackson bringing a goalscorers touch to our front line. Hopefully he can knock in the goals as he has been doing in the lower leagues. Hamdani was a coup, hopefully he brings flair behind the front 2, he will be playing the free role.

Chorley 0 - 8 PNE
A nice easy win to get this season going. Simeon Jackson really impressed me, as did Youl Mawene. Overall, fantastic.
Scorers: Jackson (4), Mawene (2), Parkin, Chaplow

Bury 1 - 5 PNE
Again, comfortable win. Dissapointed about conceding, but it had to come sooner or later. Again, Jackson was fantastic.
Scorers: Jackson (3), Chaplow (2)

Kettering 0 - 2 PNE
Not a great game, but I think the lads were taking it easy this time. I warned them about complacency, as no one really stood out for me today.
Scorers: Chaplow, Jones

Bristol Rovers 3 - 2 PNE
We were unlucky here, I really hoped we would win this game. Oh well, it didn't help that the goals were very lucky, from both sides. Thats football.
Scorers: Mawene, Jackson

PNE 2 - 2 Everton
Finally, a home game! Thanks assistant! Ecstatic about this result, proving we are Premiership quality with the right additions and a bit of luck. We looked good out there, and Everton were lucky to hold on.
Scorers: Wallace (2)

PNE 4 - 0 GH Academy
Expected nothing less against these lot really.
Scorers: Parry, Brown, Chaplow, Jones

Bamber Bridge 0 - 4 PNE
Same stuff here. Cruised it. Heading into the new season with a good few wins under our belt.
Scorers: Brown, Wallace, Jackson, Jones

Player of the Month
Simeon Jackson. 9 goals in a few games, looking to gel well with his new squad. Hopefully he can carry it on into the new season.

Other News around Deepdale:
We have been resisting offers of £1million for Ross Wallace from sunderland and Birmingham. Chris Sedgewick has bee qnquired about. He is not for sale. I am using the complete domination tactic.
