Preston Story.

I have tried a number of seasons, but not alot of grabbed my attention. Now trying with the championship club Preston. I hope people can follow my story and give me advice and guidance to the premier league.

I have decided to now post up a story about my season. I hope to be promoted to the premier league in the first season. Maybe alot to ask but it can be done. And with support from people i hope to reach there!

With a measly budget of 1.4M, i shall base my signings on loans. Updates will be regular (each month). Hope you will follow me, thanks.

Why make 2 stories within an hour? Its pointless.. It just shows you won't stick with your story. I'm not following

Bamber Bridge 0-3 Preston ( Elliot (2), Parry )

Burnley 2-3 Preston ( Wallace, Camara, Eckersley o.g )

Preston 1-0 GH Academy ( Camara )

Chorley 1-6 Preston ( Wallace, Parkin, Smolarek (3), Mellor )

Good pre season I think, undefeated. Good win over Burnley, good draw against Everton. Roll on the season!​

August Update.

A very good month for us. Finishing the month in joint 1st, but with better goal difference. Smolarek proving a good signing bagging a few goals, along with Camara. Generally pleased with the performances!

Preston 3-2 Bristol City (Camara, Smolarek 2)

League Cup 1st round: Carlisle 1-3 Preston (Smolarek, Mellor 2)

Doncaster 0-1 Preston (Chaplow)

Barnsley 0-3 Preston (Smolarek 3)

Preston 3-0 Peterborough (Camara, Chaplow,Chilvers)

League cup 2nd round: Preston 6-0 Leicester (Mawene, Chilvers, Smolarek, Camara, Nicholson, Mellor)

Ipswich 3-2 Preston (Smolarek, Chilvers)​

September Update​

Another decent month with good victories. Hoping to follow our form into November with a tricky game against West brom who are 2 points behind us in 2nd.​

Well, just going into January and keeping up the good form at the top of the Championship. Smolarek playing really well. As well as the other strikers. Hard to choose the front two who will lead the line as all are performing very well!
