Pretty dumb question but...

New to all this, iv done it before when i used to play, but iv forgotten how to do it. On the tactics bit, how do you get the Yellow arrows on the pitch pointing which direction you want your players to go.

For example, On this threads first picture http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/f103/4-2-2-2-il-devasto-t60554.html the OP has all players except the 2 strikers with the arrows defending.

There is a button when creating a tactic which says classic, that should do it
