I am really struggling with injuries right now on my Brighton save. Looking at the screenshot above, you can see I have got 10 injured players in total! It has been like that all season. Every single one of these injuries has come in matches, so my question is, can anyone think of any ways to try and stop this happening? Its annoying having to play a 1/2* 19 year old up front, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

It could well be your training. You might be over/under training your players and it's resulting in injuries in matches.

- What do you set your General Team training as and what intensity?

- What percentage is allocated (the slider) to match prep training?

- Thirdly, do you assign Individual Training? What intensity?

- Do you select any rest days before or after a match? That's the tick boxes on the training screen.

Ps. I though mods had a special version where these things don't happen?!?

Obviously avoid playing players with poor condition and match fitness and take them off if it gets too low. Also avoid 'getting stuck in' or playing a high tempo and this can physically deteriorate the players' condition. Its a long shot but also avoid playing wing-backs or b2b midfielders if the player doesn't have good stamina and natural fitness. Very demanding roles and they might not be up to it.
Allow regular rest days and don't make training, general or personal, too demanding.

1. Team Cohesion, Low

2. 40%/60%

3. Some players do, at average intensity

4. Yes both before & after

5. Its the first time its happened to me this badly before :P

That's very, very low in my humble opinion. With both rest days ticked, lets say you have two games a week, Tue and Sat.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday will be rest days! They'll only spend Thursday training and then it's low cohesion training, whatever that is, with a little individual training. Actually, with your setup, they might spend it on Match Prep training instead of any normal training.

1 - Definitely un-tick one of those tick boxes. They're not training enough.

2 - I'd bump the overall training to Average, at least.

I've always used Average team training during the season and I set it to Balanced. I also set Individual training for each player to shape them to what I want and at Heavy intensity. I use only one rest day, after a match. Overall, the workload is heavy and half my players are unhappy about it, but I don't care. They're mostly injury free and I'll have 0-4 players out in a 28 man squad at any time, which is acceptable to me.
