Previous Season Database // Setting a scenario

I have 2 questions.

- Are there any databases for previous seasons on FM 14? For example the 10/11 Season. I have seen a few older ones but dont think they really are accurate.

- Is there a way to set a scenario, for example, you can play in the BPL from January this season, and the Premier League is exactly the way it was at this time. In other words is there a way to set the results, so it is exactly how it is in real life half way through a season?

Nope. is the short answer, without being every team and save/loading every match to the right result.

Ahhh, should be an option for this on future FM's in my opinion, would be cool.
