With Palermo finishing 10th or 15th I haven't received any.
Prize money in all major leagues - even the Premier League - is negligible compared to money for TV rights and for Champions League qualification.
So if you want to do a save with AC Milan, do it, prize money shouldn't change your mind

The thing is, the TV money for the league and the prize money for the league is combined into 1. You get the TV-money/prize money at the start of each season, according to how you did in the last season and and how well-known your club are (not 100% sure about the last part). Anyways for the last 4 seasons I have recieved 100M, playing as Juventus (always won the league, and consider Juventus as the "biggest" club in Italy).
