As the title Say's.....

I am new to this game and was just wondering on one thing which
i cant find an answer to.. If I'm playing say 4-4-2 with the two strikers
central Mids and centre backs is it important to have the right sided
player to use right foot? Or can a left footer be put there? And vice-versa

I'm not sure if this matters too much it's just alot of my squad cant use
the left foot so if i put a right footed player on the left side of the two mc's
will he perform there or do i need to go shopping?

Thanks

depends on how you play him... if you set them up to hit the byline and cross the left footer for LM. But if you set them to cut inside and shoot/pass then a right footer will fit in at LM and vice-versa for RM.

It's not that important, but it can make difference with wingers and strikers. So try playing left footed winger on left side, and right sided on right flank. Same goes with strikers.

sorry mis-read thought you meant RM/LM not the MCL :P.
In that case it doesnt affect much to my knowledge.

Is it the same with centre backs then? Where it dont matter or should the be using best foot?

Haha just thought of another question....

My right sided striker has a barrow to amc spot, what attributes should i be looking at for that
player....Striker or amc?

If they are used to playing on the right but you want to play them on the left try retraining them for their new position.
