problem getting a job!!!

In 2020, manager reputation set to international. Managed Chelsea winning 4 league titles, 2 champions league's and god knows how many domestic cups whilst making a profit each season. I couldn't even get the Steau Bucharest job and the only interview I could get is from Stoke!

How does this make any sense?!?
 
Very weird dude, you should get a lot of interview, i played 2 season with Boca Juniors, 2 local championship, 1 domestic cup, and 3 international titles, I got interviews from Man United, Stoke city, Sunderland, Sassuolo, Fiorentina and Hamburgo, but i only suceed in the Hamburgo and Sunderland ones, currently I am in Hamburgo
 
Same. In FMC, I won every domestic trophy and the ECL and got a ton of offer from Southampton (after), Schalke, Sunderland, exc. Weird right?
