Problem in view in my gameplay

Hy everyone, don't know if anybody has this problem, but in my gameplay don't have like player positions shown or the name of the leage then just a number, I supose it is the ID like 5423654

Example:

Ebi Smolarek, Forward - it should be like this but it is like this:

Ebi Smolarek, 6372 - :SSSSSSSS

or my manager name:

XXXXXX XXXXXXX
-1

or a team name in the heather like:

Ebi Smolarek but it is like this:
Newcastle

Ebi Smolarek
89732

and with the league ID...I think it is some kind of a problem with this ID's or what...I putted some facepacks and logos but as I see they don't work...is it because of it?? ( I putted it in my documents, sports interactive, FM 2010, graphics and facepacks....)

If someone has the same problem or knows the solution would really respect it to help me

go to preferences....display and sound.....untick player id box.....confirm
