Problem loading a hamachi game

I've experienced a problem, while loading the game. My friend will join the game but the game won't recognize him and it will think that it is another computer (a 3rd person)

The only thing we can do is for my frien to retire and then add himself as the manager when we load... its quite annoying since he won't get his reputation and stuff like that...

have any of you tried this, and if, do you have a solution..?

So what you're saying is that he can't rejoin as the manager profile he has already created?

All he has to do is click where it says Not Connected.
