I'm Man City, 2nd season and I have too many strikers, they are:

Carlos Tevez
Edin Dzeko
Mario Balotelli
Khouma Babacar
Romelu Lukaku

Tevez and Dzeko will get most of the games and i'm worried the other 3 won't develop since their not getting games except for cup games. What should I do?

Loan them out to get match experiance.

To a high profile team? also does it matter what the team's training facilities are like?

I'd try and make sure you loan them to a team where they will be guarenteed first team football to aid their development.

I'd personally sell Balotelli, really not worth the hassle.

Loan them out, give them reserve team footy, play them in cup games. Put them on when your 3-0 up or comfortable winning.
