Problem while trying to play with a friend

Hi, I`ve donloaded Hamachi and I did everything that is written in the guide, but when my friend writes my hamachi IP and tries to connect to the server by pressing " Join Other Server" it says "Unable to connect to server".
we have the same version and patch and when i tried to play with another friend it worked.

Can you help me please?

Is the host actually in the game?
Did the host tick "run as server"?
