Problem with config.xml file

So I opened a config.xml file with texteditor and it shows this:

What do I have to change if I want to add kits to a team that doesn't have kits?

Just add a line with the correct "xx" pic name and replace the numbers with the Team ID

record from=" THIS SHOULD BE THE NAME OF THE .PNG IN YOU FOLDER "

graphics/pictures/team/xxxxxx/kits/home - the team ID can be turned on in preferences, use skining box ticked, the no will appear in the titlebar on the club overview page.

How do I open the fmXML.exe program?

Download and double click it, same as any other.

It doesn't open. When I double click it, it tries to open it with The Unarchiver but that doesn't work. So with which program kan I open the .exe file?
