Problem with double competition

Hello,

I made a competition with my own club, but when I load it up while making a new career, its says something like:

Competition "blabla" is double in the database.

But when I search the league in the database I only see one. I also changed the name, but then it says the same, but, of course, with the new name

Can please someone help me
