Problem with editor

I was wondering if anyone could help me, i think i successfully created a team on the editor then saved it but when i go to play the game my team isnt there. Is there somewhere i have to go or clink on to make my team appear?

Did you start a new game?
When you start one you should have the option to load your new database changes.
