Problem with Football manager 2012

I was playing the FM normaly, then i was reinstal windows and now i cannot run FM. This is error

I got all net framework, all drivers, try to uninstal game for many times, and again and again same problem. Please someone help. Thanks!

Um, I'd say reinstall Windows again.

I've just googled it and all it's bringing up is problems with cracked versions................

The game works fine on my sister computer, and mine is three times better, so i just cant reach the problem...
