Problem with players on my FM 2011?

When you started your save game did you untick 'Hide attribute masking' ?

Just means you don't "know" the player. Get someone to scout him, his attributes will show up.

You have attribute masking on which makes the game more realistic and harder as you don't know everything about every player in the world - it depends on your staff's knowledge and also your feeder clubs.
You will have to scout him to see his attributes.

Next time mate, Unick the tiny little box, it's easier, at least for me but Tharros also gave some good advice !
