Problem with small club

Hello there,

I'm playing with AA gent ( Ghent ) in FM 2011 ; but I really have problems with winning.
The quality of players is present to win, but there is always lacking some perfection to win obv.

I tried some tactics already from other users on this website but it seems that they don't fit for this team.

The chances I create are not bad but always bad executed. I'm also to weak in the defence, they can beat me so easily over there.

Anyone of you has a suggestion for me?
