Problem with tactic in new season

Hi,
I am currently playing a safe with german side Hamburger SV in season 2016/17. I just lead them to the 3rd spot in the last season playing really beautiful fluent football. But this season, without having changed anything, it just doesn't work. Especially when playing away from home even the smaller sides get their chances and I'm not scoring goals. Perhaps you can have a quick look at my tactics and tell whether there's anything to improve.
I just uploaded the players I set inctructions to, the other ones are playing without instructions, left and rightback are playing with same instructions.

Let me guess. Most goals are from counters? I don't know your players but I would say lowering the tempo can help against that. tell us a bit more about the team

If your stuck with the new patch , or maybe just out of ideas then try my new tactics , with these i got a non league team to premier league and champions league and won every title possible , also getting lionel messi as my assistant manager :L I also achieved an undefeated liverpool debut season. So this has worked with lower teams and higher teams.

Yeah the players are playing many passes to the opposition, don't win tackles and the hole between midfield and defensive line and also between the back four themselves is way too big, which as far as I remember last season wasn't the case.
One thing I'm not able to get done is playing more direct football, I tried it a lot in preseason with "direct passing" but it just doesn't seem to work. Perhaps I'm going to give it a try with lower tempo, although it's not the way I want my team to play..
