Problem with training

I have used several different schedules, both self made and downloaded and they have worked fine, some better than others.

But now, mid season, suddenly almost every shows negative training progress, for example all my strikers have red arrows down. Many of them are young, 20-23 and some even 18 or 19 who show negative.

I have 3,5 or 4 stars in all areas of coaching.

Anyone know of what might be the problem and how do I deal with it?

Sometimes if the team you are managing has a winter break in its league the red arrows can appear just like they do during the close season

Yea, that I have noticed But this is mid-season.
