Problem with (very) young players' contracts

Hello!
There's a thing I really can't understand about the new FM: when you want to sign a young player (and with 'young' I mean 14-15 years old players, who are very well rated by observers) rarely they will accept the contract the club offers them. They will often find some options they don't like, and I can't modify any options!
