I play with Gremio 2nd season,in 1st i won Copa Libertadores and i have good reputation but when i want to buy players from Europe(Gladky,Smolov)they allways reject contracts.
What should I do?

Stick with Brazilians, there are plenty of very good Brazilian players that you can pick up for next to nothing. As you're Gremio, use the youth, they've got a great youth academy.

And how many Europeans play in Brazil? The only one I can think of in recent memory was Petkovic at Flamengo

maybe old players, or check brazilians who aren't doing well in their club

Anyone who isn't Brazilian is classed as Foreign, not like over here where its just non-EU players are counted as foreign (and there is no limit). Do a search on Brazilians based in anywhere but Brazil and see what you come up with at the lower end of the price range. Maybe even try to pick up Rivaldo!
