who should i pair up with fabregas on my 4-4-2 formation or sign to pair him with?

It depends. I'd suggest a Defensive mid so Fabregas can do his thing and move up.

In my case I signed Miguel Veloso who is fantastic (When not injured, I get unlucky) not only at his position of CM/DM but at Free Kicks too. He has more goals than Fabregas for me.

I don't think you could go wrong with Miguel Veloso as I scored him for 12M. Bargain.

agree with above, you'll need a destroyer there since fabregas does no defensive work at all, veloso moutinho, diarra any of them should do, veloso has also very good playmaking stats so you can play beautiful football, should fit arsenal.

Get a defensive midfielder like Palombo, Veloso, Mohamed Sissoko, De Rossi, Mascherano
