So after i saw this ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting i started raging.What do i do wrong in training him???He is a star player the 2nd best of my squad.He was a genius having 19 acc and pace but those dropped too.

Please help me become a good trainer.I have a similar plazer to MESSI and he destrozed everything in the first season with 40 goals in 44 appearences.And hes pace started dropping too.This season he got Wolrds Best Player but im afraid imma lose him too
:'(.He had 19 pace now he has 16 :'( please teach me how to make them raise stats and not drop them :'( .
Other infos that might be helpful :Im using Dunc training schedules on other players and some of them have the same problem.SOME of them.And the the guy with 40 goals was bought with 27 mils.I rarely buy players that cost so much and when i do they just dont get in team or lose status (like this guy did).Andy Grant was at manchester from 2012 and was way better than now when i got him.So please teach me how to make him shine again.
