Problems installing 10.3 patch

Hi, I'm sure it's on the wrong forum (my first post...) but when I go to install my 10.3 patch i get this warning

Access to C:\ProgramFiles\SportsInteractive\FootballManager2010\data\sigfx\anims\FORWARD_ROLL_TO_KNEELING.sia was denied.

Any help?
