Problems loading custom skins

Ive been trying to add these skins to my game for the last 2 hours but having no luck. Ive added screenshots to show you. Any advice would be welcome.

You can't use regular FM skins on FMClassic, and I would suspect you can't use any custom skins on FM Classic, as I haven't seen any
